All services are subject to a separate written project agreement signed between Shilp Sarthi and the client prior to commencement of work.

Free Site Visit Terms

• The site visit is available to homeowners and property owners within Ranchi and nearby areas of Jharkhand
• The visit is conducted by our design consultants at no charge and with no obligation to engage our services
• Shilp Sarthi reserves the right to decline a site visit request at its sole discretion
• The site visit is for assessment and consultation purposes only and does not constitute a service contract
• Booking a site visit does not guarantee project availability or pricing

Use of Our Website

• You will use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• You will not use the website to transmit spam, malicious code, or harmful content
• You will provide accurate and truthful information when submitting contact forms

• Offers are valid for a limited period and may be withdrawn or modified by Shilp Sarthi at any time without prior notice
• Final pricing is confirmed only through a written project quotation signed by both parties
• GST and other applicable taxes will be added to the final price as per Indian tax regulations

We advertise our services through Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). This website serves as a dedicated landing page for those campaigns. By clicking on our advertisements and visiting this site, you acknowledge that:
